How the Commission Process Works:

  1. Fill out a Commission Request Form.

  2. After receiving the form, I send you a contract based on the information you provide in the request form.

    *This contract has a price breakdown, as well as, additional information related to the commission process, final image ownership, etc.

  3. We each agree to and sign the contract.

  4. You send me reference photos, videos, etc. that will inspire your drawing or painting commission. *Alternatively, for painting commissions- painting on location is also an option.

  5. Once reference photos, videos, etc. are/or a location is established and agreed to, I send a non-refundable deposit invoice (with applicable tax added) for the first half payment of your commission.

  6. After this deposit is paid, I start on your commission, or put you next on the commission list.

  7. I notify you via email when I start your commission.

  8. I notify you after I finish you commission (via email).

    *You can request to see the final image at this time.

  9. If you are satisfied with your commission, I send a final secondary invoice (with taxes and, if applicable, shipping, added) for the remaining commission amount.

  10. After this final payment transaction is complete, I package your drawing/painting and ship it to the provided shipping address, or if purchsed as a gift, to the address of your choosing.
