2026 Drawing and Painting Commission Schedule

When requesting a commission as a gift, please allow for the following time frames in which you need a drawing or painting completed by:

Drawing Commissions-

All drawing commissions- Please allow at least 6 months to 1 year for the completion of any drawing commission (stipulation does not include pet portrait commissions. See below.)

Sketch and Detailed Pet Portrait Commissions-

Sketch Pet Portrait Commissions- Please allow at least 3 weeks for the completion and shipping of any sketch pet portrait.

Detailed Pet Portrait Commissions- Please allow at least 6 weeks for the completion and shipping of any detailed pet portrait.

Painting Commissions-

Gouache Painting Commissions- Please allow at least 6 months for the completion of any gouache painting commission.

Oil Painting Commissions- Please allow 1 year, at least, for the completion of any oil painting commission.

(Oil paintings take considerably longer to dry-at least 6 months to fully cure. This allows time for the proper varnishing of your work, if requested, and helps protect the paint film against any damage that may occur during shipping and delivery.)

Holiday Sketch Pet Portait Commissions:

  • Holiday Sketch Pet Portrait Commission requests will be open from July 2026 to June 2026 ready and shipped by December 2026.

  • I do 15 sketch portraits a year.

    Sketch Pet Portraits currently open-

    • 15 of 15 spots are currently available.

      *All Sketch Pet Portraits are created in charcoal on toned paper.

Holiday Detailed Pet Portrait Commissions:

  • Holiday Detailed Pet Portrait Commission requests are open from January 2026 to February 2026 to be ready to be shipped by December 2026.

  • I do 5 detailed pet portraits a year.

    Detailed Pet Portraits currently open-

    • 5 out of 5 spots currently available.

      *All Detailed Pet Portraits are created in charcoal on toned paper.

Drawing Commission Acceptance Schedule:
